ProShop Onboarding Flows

Onboard and orient new Admin’s visiting ProShop for the first time by simplifying set-up into three easy steps—Customize, Create, Share. Included animated gifs and breadcrumb trails to provide more context for this self-serve user group.

ProShop Settings

As part of our Self-Serve initiative, exposing more backend ProShop settings enables partners to configure their ProShop themselves to best suit their company’s needs. We exposed hidden features such as preferred login requirements, order approvals, reference code requirements, expedited shipping options, and more.

User Management

Optimized the User Management page by enabling role assignment, last order details, batch users invite, ability to export .csv list of users and more.

Gift Cards

Enables ProShop Admins to purchase gift cards and distribute gift cards to their user base to use as credits or rewards. Created an easy to use workflow that would allow both individual and multiple gift cards to be purchased assigned at once.
